HOW WE WORK

All students who have never done Muay Thai before will start with one of our free classes. This enables you to to learn the basics of Muay Thai, get a taste of what we do in classes, have a look around the gym and meet your trainers. All other members signing up can download our app, grab a membership, and start booking your classes.

Whether it’s self defence, weight loss, building muscle, or meeting friends, we have something for everyone at the gym.

The BMI combines a person’s height and weight to form a measure that can help predict their risk of developing disease. This calculator should be used as a guide only as it does not take into account muscle mass , age, gender or other factors.
