We have over 40 classes a week for members 6 and over. Regular courses for complete beginners and those wishing to further their technique. Private lessons at times that suit you with our experienced instructors.

We have a large air conditioned kids area with toys, soft play equipment, and a TV with netflix and stan. We have free WIFI throughout the gym so any parents wishing to use tablets and phones can ask us for the password. We are here to help too and regularly help out with children whilst you are busy training.

Our massive gym boasts a professional sized boxing ring, a high quality 4 person infrared sauna, 14 boxing bags, a toilet and shower, a locker room, a kids room, a martial arts shop, a weights and cardio area, a set of body composition scales, a parents sitting area, and lots of room for training.
