- ABOUT THESE CONDITIONS
1.These are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of this Website and the purchase of Goods and Services from us. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not use this Website.
2. This Website and the Goods and Services displayed on it are provided by Nukzu Muay Thai, (collectively referred to in these Conditions as “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the gym”). Further information about us is set out at Condition 12. When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of this Website, purchaser of Goods or user of our Services.
3. You should read these Conditions carefully before using this Website or purchasing any Goods or Services from us.
4. We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Conditions will be effective after the change is published on this Website. You should check these Conditions before each order as they may have changed since your last visit.
5. If you have any questions about the Conditions, the Services or this Website, please contact us using the contact details in the “Contact info” section of this Website.
6. When the following words with capital letters are used in these Conditions, this is what they mean:
7. “Class” any exercise class, personal training session or bootcamp provided by us or on our behalf at the Gym as part of the Services;
“Conditions” the terms and conditions as set out in this document and as amended from time to time in accordance with Condition 2.4;
“Credit” Credits purchased via our Website or app and used to make bookings for Classes or sessions;
“Goods” any Goods offered for sale at our Gym;
“Services” services available to you via this Website, including Classes, private lessons, and courses;
“Gym” any of our gyms, as published on our Website from time to time; and
“Website” www.nukzu.com
- USERS OF OUR CLASSES
Anyone under the age of 18 years must have parental permission to attend any of our Classes or to use any of our facilities at the Gym.
You agree to comply with our Class rules which you can see online or are discussed prior to your class. The access rules relate to our opening hours, use of our facilities and your conduct.
Instructors and Classes are subject to change.
We reserve the right to refuse you access to the Gym and suspend or terminate your use of the Services if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these Conditions or would otherwise be in the interests of other users of the Gym or participants in our Classes.
- HEALTH COMMITMENT STATEMENT
By attending our classes, activities, and other programmes, and using our premises, facilities, and equipment, you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers involved in participating in the Classes. If you observe any hazard during participation, you will bring it to the attention of your instructor immediately. You accept and are aware that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity, combat sports and participation in the Classes. Some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but they range from 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains; 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, broken bones, heart attacks and concussions; 3) catastrophic injuries including brain injury, paralysis and death and; 4) continual or long-term exposure to amplified music carries risk of hearing damage. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Classes, you hereby (1) assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you as a result of your participation in the Classes and/or use of the Facilities, (2) waive, release and forever discharge Nukzu Muay Thai, its officers, agents, employees, instructors, ambassadors, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in the Classes and/or use of the Facilities, and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending any of our Classes/Activities and/or put you in any physical or medical danger, and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so. Nukzu Muay Thai hereby advises you that individuals with any chronic disabilities or conditions are at risk in participating in the Classes, and are advised against doing so. In addition, if in the opinion of Nukzu Muay Thai staff or instructor, you would be at physical risk by attending the Classes, you will be denied access to the Classes until you supply us with an opinion letter from your medical doctor, at your sole cost and expense, specifically addressing our concerns. Nukzu Muay Thai reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion if this letter is not provided. For safety reasons, you are responsible for adhering to the above provision and agree to the conditions in the Waiver which you agreed to when registering for an account on our website or app.
- GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS
You agree to abide by the rules of conduct, behaviour, dress code, equipment usage and use of services within the gym.
You agree that the membership fees are not refundable and understand that non usage of the gym does not allow for early termination of this agreement or warrant a refund of any type.
Facilities and class times may change without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect the terms of this agreement.
You understand that if you bring children to the gym who aren’t training in a class they must under no circumstances be on or around the mats whilst other classes are running. We offer a large enclosed kids area at the gym for all members to use and therefor take no responsibility for the well being or safety of any children not in the designated kids area while parents train.
Please note: If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a Parent/Guardian to contact Nukzu Muay Thai to consent prior to commencing training at Nukzu Muay Thai. Consent can be sent through via email to nukzu@outlook.com
You understand that all memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled. Which can done by emailing us at nukzu@outlook.com
You agree that any late payments may incur a late payment fee of $10 per week up until the time the payment has been reconciled. Nukzu Muay Thai also reserves the right to recover any overdue payments directly from
your account at any time.
Nukzu Muay Thai may restrict your membership at any time on the following basis: concern for your health and safety; or non-compliance, improper or harmful conduct engaged in by the member.
Memberships and credits cannot be transferred to another person.
Memberships are able to be paused for a min time of 2 weeks up to a maximum time of 8 weeks and can be done at any time by sending us an email to nukzu@outlook.com with the dates you would like to pause and restart your membership. During this time you will not be able to use any of our facillities or participate in any of our classes.

- BOOKING A CLASS
You can check availability and book Classes in advance online via our Website or app
Classes are on a first booked, first served basis and classes may be booked in advance for up to 2 weeks whilst you still have active credits.
You may cancel a booking up to 1 hour before the Class and receive a refund of your Credit. Within one hour of the class starting if you cannot make the class you will need to contact us to cancel.
If you book a class and do not cancel or turn up you will receive 1 strike on your account. If you reach 3 strikes you will not be able to book any further classes on your app or the website until we enable this again from our end. This is to ensure spaces in the classes are being used by members who are in class and therefore making sure that all our members have access to classes
If you join the waitlist and a space becomes available, everyone on the waitlist will be automatically notified if a space becomes available. You may then book in.
- GOODS
If you change your mind about any Goods purchased from us, you may return them to any of our Gym within 7 days with your receipt and we will give you a full refund provided that the Goods are unused and are not damaged.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in this Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. The design and layout of this Website are protected by copyright, database right, design rights and other similar laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.
The trade marks, logos and trade names displayed on the Website (“Marks”) are the property of Nukzu Muay Thai or other third parties. You are not permitted to download, copy, modify or use the Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third party who may own the Marks. (See also the section below on Trade Marks.)
We and our suppliers own the intellectual property rights in the software that runs this Website. Save to the extent expressly permitted by applicable laws, you must not copy, modify, download, distribute, decipher, de-compile, interfere with or attempt to interfere with that software without our prior written consent.
- LIABILITY
Nukzu Muay Thai does not accept liability for any damage or loss to a Participant’s or guest’s personal property brought into the gym. All activities are taken at the participant’s or guest’s own risk. Neither the Gym, nor their employees shall be liable for personal injury sustained by participants or their guests whilst on the premises. Participants or guests who suffer an accident or injury on the premises must report the accident or injury and the circumstances in which it occurred to the Gym team immediately following the accident or injury.
- VARIATION
We reserve the right to vary or amend these Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall take effect upon posting to this Website and our provision of Goods and Services to you.
