WE OFFER A VARIETY OF CLASSES
FOR EVERY FITNESS LEVEL

We have a variety of classes for every one no matter your fitness level or ability. We take all students from complete beginner through to professional fighters and can teach fighters at a world class level.

For each of our adults classes we have different intensity levels so each person can work to their own ability. This ensures that all members feel comfortable in each and every class and can progress through the stages of Muay Thai at a pace that suits them.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE FIT TO START! We hear this a lot.

Our classes are designed to get you fit, fast. We are all in this fitness journey together so no matter if you are at the start of your journey or towards the end we are all here to encourage, support, and motivate each other.

NOVICE

Beginners class
Our Novice class is for anyone new to Muay Thai. We go through the very basics of Muay Thai in a slow paced class with the aim of ensuring you feel comfortable and confident to then jump into our other classes.
Ages: 13+ 
Prerequisites: N/A

FIT

Muay Thai based fitness class
Our Muay Thai fitness classes are great for all fitness levels and ages!
In a usual class we partner you up with someone of a similar ability/size and you take turns learning/doing different combinations on pads with different fitness exercises in between rounds.
These classes build strength, fitness, self-defence, confidence and you’ll find it a whole lot of fun!
Ages: 13+ 
Prerequisites: Novice class or prior Muay Thai knowledge

RESIST

Muay Thai and fitness class
Resist is our hybrid Muay Thai and resistance band class. Classes are designed to shape, tone, and build strength. These classes are less cardio intensive than our HIIT and FIT classes and offer a great workout for those wishing to train solo, social distance, or workout to the beat of a good song.
Ages: 13+ 
Prerequisites: Novice class or basic Muay Thai knowledge

HIIT

Circuit based HIIT class
Our HIIT class is a combination of functional and circuit training to bring you 45 minutes of fun, sweat, and aching muscles. We have 10-15 stations set up depending on participants and do 2-3 circuits finishing with an ab workout.
Each station has options for members who are just starting with us and would like to ease their way into their training.
Ages: 13+

FIGHT

Intermediate Muay Thai class
A technical class for students wishing to further their technique, prepare for upcoming fights or learn more about the art of Muay Thai. In this class prepare to clinch, spar, learn advanced level techniques and train hard.
This class must be done in conjunction with our other fitness classes for an all rounded approach to your fight training.
Ages: 8+
Prerequisites: fit to fight course, Naught2Taught course or prior fight experience

OPEN GYM

The gym open times
Our open gym times are when the gym is open for any of our members to do their own training. Members may use any of our facilities including the sauna, the training area, and the fitness equipment.
Ages: 5+ 
Prerequisites: An unlimited membership

 

JUNIOR

A graded Muay Thai class
Whilst Muay Thai isn’t traditionally a graded martial art we have put in place our own grading system so children feel encouraged to work towards an end goal. We start at the basics and teach stance, basic punching, kicking, blocking and then move children up the patches to eventually have a full understanding of advanced Muay Thai techniques.
Our classes encourage children to be confident, respectful, and be able to defend themselves in adverse situations. Our training also build fitness and strength- plus kids will build lasting friendships.
Ages: 5-12
Prerequisites: N/A

TEENS

Muay Thai and fitness class
Students will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and self defence in our teen program whilst also gaining strength and learning new ways to vent frustrations. Our classes are a mixture of technique, bag work, pad work, fitness and conditioning.
We emphasize the art of Muay Thai and encourage students who train with us to make better choices, be more respectful and have better self control.
Ages: 13-17
Prerequisites: N/A

DEFEND

Self defence and fitness class
Our ladies self defence class pair fitness with self defence and includes a variety of different techniques. We branch out of Muay Thai to give our ladies a complete collection of defensive skills to use. Come prepared for a great workout!
Ages: 13+
Prerequisites: Novice class, female only
