22 week course
The aim of this course is to take complete beginners and in 22 weeks turn them into Muay Thai superstars!
We don’t just go through techniques quickly – we break down each technique and learn the how and why of each movement. Training starts with the basics such as stance, guard, walking and punching, and progresses through to sparring and advanced grappling techniques.

Over the course of 22 weeks you will learn technique, gain strength, gain balance, gain confidence, lose weight if you wish, and be fight ready by the end of the program.

LADIES SELF DEFENCE COURSE

12 week course
The aim of this program is to take complete beginners and in 12 weeks get them feeling comfortable and confident in self defence! We don’t just go through techniques quickly – we break down each technique and learn the how and why of each movement. This course starts with the basics such as stance, guard, walking and punching, and progresses through to sparring and advanced self defence techniques. The training is Muay Thai based, focusing on defensive techniques, while also branching out into the most common attacks on woman. Over the course of 12 weeks you will learn technique, gain strength, gain balance, gain confidence, lose weight if that is a goal, and be ready to kick arse by the end of the program!

FIT TO FIGHT

2 hour course
Our fit to fight course will transition you from our fitness based classes to our fight based classes. This course is for anyone who has not done our Naught2Taught program that would like to transition up to the fighters classes.
In this course we go through techniques that aren’t covered in our FIT classes including sparring, clinching, and bag work. We also run through training expectations, and help students design a custom training schedule.

Prerequisites: 6 months of basic Muay Thai training or prior acceptance from our head trainer
